Void Eclipse is a combat strategy with elements of turn-based combat and card games. All fighters, power-ups and auxiliary technical devices are presented in the form of special cards located on the field. It is up to the user to decide which one to launch missile strikes or hit with infantry. The winner is the one who still has whole cards left at the end of the round.

The main character is an intelligent android. He has his own thinking, is able to make individual decisions, express emotions and even feel real feelings like love or joy. However, it still doesn't understand what exactly it was created for, because after being turned on, it was discovered that all previous data, including recorded memories, had been erased. But the protagonist is not going to give up so easily and decides to find out the whole truth, cruelly hidden from him by deleting files. He goes on an adventure and finds out that people have discovered ways to travel between planets, which is why total hostility and wars began, in which the robot becomes an involuntary participant.

At each level of Void Eclipse, the player is free to independently choose which missions are worth completing and which are not worth attention. As you progress, you will also be given choices about which character traits to unlock in the android system. Depending on them, the protagonist will make decisions, choose a style of communication with other characters, and so on.
