War Hospital touches on a rather complex topic. Here, the user will find himself in the body of a military medic who finds himself straight on the battlefield. It's 1917, and the main character is Henry Wells. Being a retired military medic, he was called back to serve during the First World War. Receiving command of a combat hospital, a man is obliged to help his comrades, rescuing the wounded and pulling out of a serious condition those who can turn the tide of the battle.

The main part of the gameplay in War Hospital is based on controlling various processes, as well as following the instructions given by the headquarters. The game features the French front, so gamers will witness real-life battles. Often you will have to work with patients directly during heavy artillery shelling, or pull the wounded out from under bombardment. And although doctors will not shoot people, tactics on the battlefield will also be no less important for them. For example, you need to understand from which flank you need to approach the target in order to pull out the victims, or when it is better not to show up on the territory at all. The development of the visual part is at a fairly high level, so any hit by a projectile on a building or vehicle is accompanied by powerful explosions and scattering of fragments. At the same time, thanks to the markings on the mini-map, you can track the movements of all units, including enemy ones.
