Where's Oswald is a short indie project that tells the story of the creature Oswald. This is a monster that sneaks into people's dreams from early childhood, wreaks havoc in the mind and tries to kill its victim. The events of this game take place in the nightmare of the main character and develop too smoothly for a horror game. Most of the time, Where's Oswald feels like a walking simulator with minimal interaction and horror.

The protagonist's adventure begins in a location familiar to him – his parents' house, where he spent his early years of life. However, it was already dark outside, and no one returned home. But the guy knows that a dangerous creature with glowing eyes lives in the basement. Once you get close to him, death cannot be avoided. So the hero decides to find the keys to the Doors of Dreams in order to avoid encounters with children's horror stories. For convenience, he will acquire a flashlight for which he needs to look for batteries. At the same time, he will be able to find notes on the lore.

From the first place you will have to move into the sewer passages and wander there until you manage to get out. And although Oswald was left behind, on the street the character will encounter a new antagonist who will haunt him in an abandoned hospital. Since the action does not take place in reality, fighting monsters is useless. Instead, it is better to try to deceive and bypass them. Fortunately, the monsters are very passive.
