Wings Over Europe – a flight simulator on the most powerful military fighters. The gamer is transported into the atmosphere of the Cold War, receiving under his guidance a trained American army pilot. In addition to a realistic simulation of the flight process, the player will take part in large-scale battles, which involve a wide variety of military equipment. Graphically, the project is executed at a decent level, thanks to the presence of three-dimensional clouds, a system of dynamic changes in weather conditions and lighting, the visuals of the game allow you to feel like a real pilot.

There are 12 types of United States Army fighters available in the game – F-100 Super Saber, F-4 Phantom, F-15 Eagle, A-10 Thunderbolt 2, British Hunter, F-105 Thunderchief and many others. For each of them, real cockpits with fully working sensors were recreated, which you need to learn to understand for trouble-free takeoff, flight and landing. Also, the weapons installed on these aircraft in the project from Third Wire correspond to reality.

Air battles take place against the Soviet army, which has 13 types of armored aircraft and bombers at its disposal. Single-player missions consist of several tasks that are randomly generated before the start of the operation. A certain amount of time is allocated to complete them, which forces the player to hurry up and be much more collected.
