Winter Survival Simulator is the most complex and realistic survival simulator in a snowy area. Endless snowy expanses of mountains and dangerous wild animals ready to attack humans due to a shortage of prey await a daredevil who wants to challenge the forces of nature. Having descended to the level of instincts and satisfaction of basic needs, a person himself, to some extent, becomes a real beast.

A group of friends decide to climb Mount Washington during the winter season. The hike promises to be easy, as the trails are well-tested and the weather is beautiful and calm. But the short climb turns into tragedy. Suddenly a severe snowstorm begins and tourists go in the completely wrong direction, which is why they find themselves among hectares of deserted forest. It is impossible to trace your path and return along it, everything is covered with snow, and how long you have to go forward is unknown. This means you need to find a place safe enough to wait for rescuers who will begin combing the area in search of those missing in the snowstorm. But there is minimal provisions and no weapons left for hunting, which means we will have to start fighting the power of wild nature.

Character indicators in Winter Survival Simulator:

• Hunger – decreases during the day, increases due to the absorption of nutrients such as cooked or raw meat, or even dry herbs
• Fatigue – the hero’s need for sleep and rest, most consumed when climbing slopes and running
• Cold – the rate of heat loss depends on the weather outside; in a snowstorm, it is best to sit out in a warm room
• Thirst – can be satisfied with melted snow, which still needs to be disinfected so as not to get poisoned

Many factors in the game are thought out and very realistic. For example, in a collision with a wolf or a bear, it is impossible to fight it off with an ax or knife, because this is not a movie, and even a wounded animal can only become more aggressive. But it can be difficult to provoke a predator only if it is not overly hungry.
