Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap – a remake of the classic platformer, in which there was a place for both standard mechanics and reworked ones. The plot remained unchanged, only a character was added who does not affect the development of events in any way. In graphical terms, the game has grown noticeably and has improved in textures and animations, but for true old-school players, switching to the usual eight-bit mode is available. The visualization changes right in the adventure, which means you can experience both options quickly and easily. Many decorative elements enliven the locations and give them a fantasy flavor. The abundance of characters, both friendly and not so, saturates the game with dialogues and, accordingly, fights.

Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap has set a high bar for gameplay – in addition to the usual running around blocks and trying to jump to the next step, users also discover additional opportunities. When controlling Wonder Boy, gamers get a classic experience, but Wonder Girl has some differences: in addition to a sword, she uses a shield, which blocks enemy attacks. There are also long-range weapons: magic balls, arrows and boomerangs. The best feature is the transformation that both heroes have. After the next overthrow of the boss, new forms appear with their own disadvantages and advantages.
