There are throwing knives, a piece of broken glass, a rocket launcher, two types of shotguns, a crossbow with a telescopic sight, grenades, a pistol, a sniper rifle, a carbine with an under-barrel grenade launcher, a machine gun, a submachine gun, a harpoon launcher, a light machine gun and a revolver. The user can eliminate enemies quietly and hide their bodies. As he progresses, he gains new abilities and capabilities. Game progress is saved at checkpoints.

The project is also known as Thirteen. This is the name of the protagonist, who does not remember his real name. He received this nickname because of the tattoo with the number 13 on his neck. This title has voice acting. Actor David Duchovny gave his voice to the main character. The plot begins with the hero waking up on the beach in Brooklyn. A man suffering from amnesia learns that he is accused of killing the American president and is already wanted. Also, a hired killer nicknamed Mongoose opens a hunt for him. The narrative is replete with sudden twists. The story itself parodies old spy thrillers. But it does not have a full ending that gives answers to many questions. The storyline ends with a cliffhanger. However, a sequel with a denouement was never released. In addition to the campaign, there is also a multiplayer.
