Year Walk It takes as a basis the Swedish folk tradition, which can be literally translated as “annual walking”. Here, the protagonist Daniel Svenson decides on a similar act after the news that his lover made an offer. The girl warns the guy that such a feat can be dangerous, because her cousin died during his performance. Nevertheless, Daniel stands on his own and, after returning home, begins to prepare for the campaign. The final goal of such an event will be to go to the church, where you can see the future.

Features of the Year Walk project:

• Change of plane – initially the hero can move only left and right, but at certain moments the system proposes to replace the type of chamber to get a panoramic scene instead of a familiar two -dimensional plane.
• The source of inspiration – characters, animals and entities that the main character meets on his way were created based on Swedish folklore.
• A special atmosphere-the character cannot die or somehow fail his task, but due to the constant superior atmosphere, the feeling is created that any wrong action will lead to a loss.

Events unfold in the Swedish forest of the 19th century model. Here, in addition to communicating with characters and receiving new information about what is happening in the game world, Gamer will be able to engage in solving puzzles. Some of them can cause mixed emotions (for example, when you need to bring 4 dead babies of a horse inhabited in a pond), but due to a unique visual style, the general perception becomes much better. In addition, for a more convenient orientation on the ground, the system provides a map where all key locations are marked.
