ZERO Sievert – a game in a post-apocalyptic environment and procedurally generated locations. Having taken control of the survivor, you have one task to complete – stay alive. The environment is filled with strong enemies, and cities and villages have been reduced to ruins. However, many zones are still alive, and the remaining people are trying to restore society, creating factions and groups.

The action takes place in a fictional part of Russia. The adventure begins in a bunker, after which the central character comes out and is free to roam the open and randomized world. Loot and useful equipment can be found in all locations. The stronger the opponents in a certain zone, the better the loot there. The inventory has a limited number of slots for storing items. The patient needs food and drinking water. Medicines restore lost health and provide temporary bonuses.

Each weapon type consumes different ammo. At the same time, the hero can carry several types of weapons, and use only 2, but change them as necessary. The arsenal includes modern types of firearms: assault and sniper rifles, machine guns, pistols and shotguns. Additional modifiers such as sights, larger magazines, silencers and grenade launchers improve the characteristics of items and make them more effective.
