Halo Wars: Definitive Edition returns users to the familiar universe, where this time everything happens in the plane of strategy. As before, the user will witness a conflict between people and covenants, who once again clashed with each other. This time, the United Nations Space Command is pursuing the aliens, intending to deal with them on the once human planet Harvest. But this is far from the only location where the game will take place. In the future, gamers will be able to visit several worlds at once, where they will also meet several forms of life.

One of the key things about Halo Wars: Definitive Edition is that difficulty really matters. If on easy you can do everything leisurely, without much control over the process, then when you switch to medium difficulty everything will become much more interesting. The speed with which enemies make decisions and attack the gamer increases significantly, so you need to quickly react to what is happening, trying not to be taken by surprise. As for in-game features, the choice of commander for the race will be important. For example, one of the human leaders has access to a magnetic accelerator weapon that can cause devastating damage anywhere on the map. Each unit in the army has individual characteristics of armor, firepower and safety margin; any damage received is immediately reflected on them. The same applies to enemies, and with successful firing, you can understand how long the units of equipment or fighters will hold out.

Achieving results in an individual mission depends on the coherence of actions and the implementation of the existing initial parameters. For example, the Covenant have more advanced technology, which allows them to build key buildings much faster. The main object is the base around which additional buildings can be erected. Their number is limited in advance and depends on how many cells are allocated for this. To improve technology, people install reactors in designated areas, while the covenant is limited to one temple to study eras.
