The main character is a soldier in modern equipment, who mysteriously ended up in a closed area, where there are man-made structures of electrical substations and enterprises, rough terrain with trees and lush vegetation around.

The protagonist of THE MEME HUNTER is given a fundamental task – he slowly but surely moves through the nooks and crannies of the location in search of special objects that make up a single artifact of fine art called the Old Oak. The surrounding space only at first glance looks innocent and safe, because in the area the central character is being hunted by representatives of Internet culture – insidious emoticons and other memes, radical and self-confident.

They differ from each other not only in appearance, but also in talents – for example, they strike from a long distance or try to get as close as possible in order to blow themselves up next to the adventurer.
